The hotel provided a clean and perfect room that was upgraded for free, conveniently located in front of the child pool for easy monitoring. However, the shower lacked hot water, which was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel has very clean and well-equipped rooms. Although the rooms were on the smaller side and lacked protection against mosquitoes due to poorly closing patio doors, they were spotless clean with excellent bed and facilities. The service was incredibly helpful and nice, especially with room service and tours/ticket assistance. The location, while not ideal for walking to nearby attractions, was accessible by taxi and reasonably quiet, though not near popular areas. Overall, a modern and clean hotel with good amenities but with limited dining choices.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable, plus I loved watching Foxtel in bed. The location wasn't ideal for me, being far from the beach and clubs, but it was quiet and peaceful. The dining options were nice but a bit limited. The service was friendly and professional, although there was a minor issue with our cooler. Overall, a decent hotel with some room for improvement.
Waking up and jumping straight into the pool was amazing. The corner room with two sides of windows was wonderful despite poor bed conditions. Being upgraded for free to a room located in front of the child pool was a nice touch.
Walking down a very long corridor, finding my room was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, though the hallway felt a bit dreary, almost like a hospital.
The hotel was a pleasant stay overall. The rooms, though clean and in a good environment, had occasional ant issues and flies near the buffet area. The service was lovely, and the pool was great and peaceful. The location, while not ideal as it's in an industrial area, is close to Seminyak, Kuta, Denpasar, and the airport but requires a taxi ride to popular beaches. The dining experience offered excellent options but lacked variety in main courses.
